How long does collision repair take at Orlando Auto Body?
Bumper-only repairs run 3-5 business days. Moderate damage (door, fender, quarter) is 7-14 days. Major structural work with frame straightening and ADAS recalibration runs 2-4 weeks. Parts availability is the biggest variable, especially on imports and EVs.
Will my insurance cover the repair?
If you carry collision coverage, your insurance pays the repair minus your deductible (typically $500-$1,500). If the accident was the other driver's fault, their liability insurance pays the full repair plus your rental — no deductible to you. We work with all major insurers: State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide.

Do you use OEM parts?
Yes — OEM parts whenever possible, especially for safety and structural components (airbags, sensors, frame parts). Cosmetic parts may use verified aftermarket only with your approval. Mike rule at OAB: structural and safety parts are OEM-only, non-negotiable.
What warranty do you offer?
Lifetime warranty on workmanship and lifetime warranty on paint, for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1-3 years for OEM parts). If anything we did fails in normal use, bring the car back and we make it right.
Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yes. All 3 locations have a secure 24/7 key-drop box at the front entrance. Drop the car any time — early bird, after hours, or weekend. We inspect first thing the next business morning. See /services/drop-off for details.
Do you handle the insurance paperwork?
Yes — we handle the entire claim from estimate to final payment. We work directly with your adjuster, write supplements for hidden damage, document the repair, and bill the carrier. You bring the claim number; we do the rest.
