These Terms of Service govern your use of the Orlando Auto Body website (“Site”) and the services provided by Orlando Auto Body (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at our Mesa, Scottsdale, and Gilbert, Arizona locations. By using this Site or scheduling services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Orlando Auto Body provides automotive collision repair, paint, and related services. Appointments booked through this website are subject to availability and final confirmation by our staff. Submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment or a specific price.

Repair Estimates

Written repair cost documents provided at our locations are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during the repair process may result in supplemental charges. We will notify you before proceeding with additional work.

Appointment Policy

• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or text at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and insurance payments where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by insurance payment processing.

Insurance Claims

We work with most major insurance carriers. You are responsible for understanding your policy deductible and coverage limits. Any amounts not covered by insurance are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer a limited warranty on repairs performed at our facilities. Warranty terms are provided in writing at vehicle delivery. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, subsequent damage, or damage caused by the vehicle owner.

Website Use

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability
