Paintless dent repair (PDR) works when the paint is intact and the metal hasn't been stretched past the point where it remembers its original shape. Door dings, light hail, shopping-cart hits, and small creases on flat panels are good PDR candidates. The factory paint stays on the car and there's no blend work.

Traditional body repair is the right call when the paint is cracked, the metal is creased sharply, the dent sits on a panel edge or body line, or the damage is too deep for the metal to return on its own. That means filler, primer, base, and clear — done right, the blend is invisible, and our lifetime workmanship warranty covers it either way.

PDR on a single dent is often a same-day or next-day job — the panel doesn't come off and there's no paint time. Multi-panel PDR (like a hail claim) typically runs two to five business days depending on how many dents and how accessible they are.

Traditional dent repair that involves paint is three to five business days for a single panel — the paint needs time to cure properly, and we don't rush that. If multiple panels are involved or there's structural work behind the dent, the timeline extends accordingly. We'll give you an honest completion target when you come in.
