Yes — if the frame is pulled back to factory tolerance on a laser-measured bench, repaired with OEM procedures, and the ADAS and airbag systems are recalibrated afterward. That's the standard we hold. The frame or unibody structure controls how the car absorbs impact energy, and a millimeter of deviation from spec can change crash performance.

A frame that's "close enough" is not safe. If the damage is beyond what can be pulled to spec, the manufacturer calls for sectioning or replacement of specific structural components — we do it that way, with the OEM procedure documented and the parts to match. This is not work to shortcut.

Not necessarily. Insurers declare a total loss when the repair cost exceeds a threshold (usually 70-80%) of the vehicle's actual cash value — not when the car is physically beyond repair. Many cars with frame damage are absolutely fixable to factory spec. Whether it makes financial sense to fix them is a separate question.
