Every location has a marked, locked key-drop slot at the front entrance. Drop the keys with a note (name, phone, what's wrong). Lot is monitored 24/7.

How does after-hours drop-off work at Orlando Auto Body?
Pull up to any of our 3 Arizona locations (Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert). Use the secure key drop box outside the front door. Fill out the simple form attached. Your vehicle is reviewed at 8AM the next business day.
Can I drop my vehicle off on the weekend?
Yes. The secure key drop is available 24/7 at all 3 locations. Saturday and Sunday drop-offs are reviewed first thing Monday morning.
Is the key drop box secure?
Yes — locked, monitored, and emptied each business morning. Your keys are tracked from drop-off through completion.
What should I leave in the vehicle?
Keep valuables and personal items at home. Leave only the keys and any insurance/claim paperwork. We recommend not leaving the vehicle running.
Do I need an appointment to drop off?
No appointment required for drop-off. Walk-ins welcome during business hours. Call (480) 844-4858 if you need a tow or have questions.
Which locations accept early-bird drop-off?
All 3 active OAB locations: Mesa (1007 S Center St), Scottsdale (3005 N 71st St), Gilbert (3055 E Williams Field Rd).
How fast will my repair be inspected after I drop off?
Same-day inspection if dropped off before 10AM Monday-Friday. After-hours and weekend drops are inspected the next business day before 10AM.
